www.fdsdy.org :: home The Democracy and Security foundation (DSF) was founded on September 29, 1995 by a group of well-known public faces bound their names with the democratic changes in Bulgaria in recent years. Former chairmen of the National security commission to Bulgarian parliament Mr. Dimitar Ionchev and Mr. Nikolay Slatinski, as well as the Chairman of the Atlantic club to Bulgaria and present Minister of Foreign affairs in the Government of Simeon Sax-Coburg Gotha Mr. Solomon Pasi are among the founding members of the Foundation. The basic mission of DSF is the forming, the dissemination and the establishing of the practices and the values of civil society.  The date of the registration of the non-governmental organization DSF is February 8th, 1996.
